NASCAR
Dear Friends,
For all those years I considered myself too intelligent to watch cars circle round and round a track for hours on end, I apologize. I was wrong. I get it.
I had no idea how completely hot the drivers are, even when you can't see them.
I had no idea how thrilling it is to smell burnt rubber and be covered in road grime coming off the first turn.
I had no idea how gentlemanly and cool drunken rednecks can be.
And so, to my boys Ryan Newman, Dale Earnhardt, Jr. and Kasey Kahne, I beg for your forgiveness as I submit myself, a humble fan.
Sincerely,
KeriG

HA HA HA HA HA KERI A NASCAR FAN
There is nothing wrong with it... Welcome to the club... oh wait, I'mnot technically a member, I am still forced to watch the races on television, and listen to them on long trips on the radio. I can handle the tv, but listening to the buzz of engines on the radio while I'm in a car is not what I call fun. Of course, I used to go to the dirt track and watch them idiots drive their beat up klunkers they had turned into race cars and had fun doing it. I even hung out in the pits with my step dad's racing crew. Oh yeah, and I got to take the car out for its first spin, with a rookie driver by my side so I didn't tear up the car though. I'm glad to hear that you are broadening your horizons Keri. Of course, after seeing the pics of you skydiving and such... I am amazed at your courageousness.... Good job girl... You've done well in my eyes
